My Property Bookkeeper is a business that came about after Lloyd Manson who previously worked as a Stonemason and as an Earthquake Rebuild Solution Manager and his partner Vivien Cowey, a Property Bookkeeper joined their expertise and Property knowledge to form the company – My Property Bookkeeper.
Lloyds has been 15 years in Stonemasonry from Landscaping, retaining walls, shop fitouts to external and internal house walls. He also works on his rental properties and is currently completing a full internal refit and external re-cladding – this includes wiring, plumbing, wall lining, new windows and flooring. After the Earthquake in September 2010 Lloyd worked as a rebuild solutions manager that involved him in mediating between Insurance companies, Property Owner, Builders, Legal, Council.
Vivien’s background has been 20+ years as a Bookkeeper and for the past 15 years she has been working with Commercial Property Investors. This work involves her in budgets, cashflows, bookkeeping, finance control, taxes, risk Accounting for Insurance issues, monitoring all aspects of the property – tenancy schedules, leases, yields and feasibility study, monitoring capital works and repairs & maintenance, reporting to shareholders and directors and working with large Property Managers, Lawyers, Banks and Accountants.
